Assalamu alaikum! We're excited to introduce Badr — a free prayer and worship tracker designed to help you stay consistent with your daily acts of worship.
What is Badr?
Badr is a clean, distraction-free app that lets you track:
- Five daily prayers — Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha
- Sunnah prayers — including Tahajjud and Duha
- Morning and evening adhkar — with a built-in reader sourced from Hisn al-Muslim
- Quran reading — log your daily recitation
- Fasting — track your fasts during Ramadan and beyond
Why we built it
Many worship tracking apps are cluttered with features, ads, or subscriptions. We wanted something different — an app that is free forever, beautiful, and focused on what matters.
Badr uses a simple toggle-based interface. Tap to mark a prayer as done. That's it. At the end of the day (or week, or month), review your progress with a visual grid that shows your consistency at a glance.
Key features
- Hijri calendar support — see dates in the Islamic calendar alongside the Gregorian date
- Prayer times — calculated based on your location and preferred calculation method
- Monthly review — a visual grid showing your worship patterns over time, exportable as an image
- Dark mode — easy on the eyes for late-night Tahajjud logging
- No ads, no subscriptions — Badr is completely free
What's next
We're just getting started. Here's what's on the roadmap:
- Streaks and gentle reminders
- Detailed statistics and insights
- Community features
