Welcome to Badr. By accessing or using the Badr application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of service
Badr is a free prayer and worship tracking application. It allows users to log daily prayers, adhkar, Quran reading, and other acts of worship. The App is provided at no cost and is intended for personal use.
2. User accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or supported authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the service or circumvent restrictions
4. User data
Your worship tracking data is stored securely and is associated with your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the App's account settings.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user data) are the property of the Badr team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
